One thing was guessed for certain, and it was that she had very questionable legal ties to various organisations, and was the one to have commissioned the ship to be built for Langhorne as a gift. There are frequent, unbased rumours of her having close ties with underground criminal organisations, but these remain just that; rumours. > > Presna is pragmatic, formidable, and extremely methodical.
